Each session incorporates a variety of sensory elements designed to stimulate memories, encourage discussion, and bring a sense of calm. From the gentle healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to the soothing aroma of fresh herbs and essential oils, these sessions create a nurturing atmosphere where residents feel at ease. We may also use familiar objects from the past, sparking memories and offering meaningful opportunities for residents to share their stories.
In addition, guided breathing exercises, gentle mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques are used to help reduce stress, encouraging residents to be present in the moment and fostering a sense of well-being.
Rate: £25+ per session (paid by the home)

I take time to listen to each resident, providing companionship and a reassuring presence, while helping to relieve tension and ease discomfort.

Rate: £25 per 30-minute session (billed to the resident via the home)
